Demolish old structures
222 LF of new timber bulkhead
New 12' wide x 102' long concrete boat ramp
Approximately 500 tons of shoreline riprap revetment
Supply and install new floating dock facility including water and power utility

This project consisted of redeveloping the Citadel’s Boating Center. Shoreline improvements were performed that involved refurbishing roughly 290 LF of riprap revetment and 222 LF of existing timber bulkhead removed and replaced. The existing timber fixed dock was removed and replaced with a new floating dock facility that is ADA compliant. The new floating docks is aluminum framed with IPE decking and guided with 14” x ½” coated steel pipe pile. The existing concrete boat ramp was removed and replaced with a 12’ wide and 10’ long concrete boat ramp. The facility now has new electric and water utilities serving the floating docks.
