Scope of Services:

This project consists of repairs to the existing H-piles which support the concrete relieving platform at Water and Market Street intersection, including replacement of the corroded sections of the H-piles supporting the relieving platform, removal of the existing planter, and replacement of the planter area with stamped asphalt pavement.
The majority of work is underneath the relieving platform and is accomplished with Cape Romain dive crew, led by Doug Wakefield.
